What Is Body Code?
The Body Code® is an energy-based system developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that is designed to identify energetic imbalances that may be affecting the body's ability to function in balance.
The Body Code system explores different categories of potential imbalances, including emotional, energetic, structural, nutritional, environmental, and other factors within its framework.
Using muscle testing and guided questioning, we explore what may be contributing to an imbalance and work through the Body Code process to release what is identified.
The intention isn't to diagnose or treat a medical condition. Rather, this work offers another way to become curious about the energetic patterns you may be experiencing and to support greater awareness and balance.
What Happens During a Body Code Session?
A Body Code session is a collaborative process. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what needs to be addressed.
Through muscle testing and guided questions, we explore the Body Code system to identify areas that may be ready for attention. From there, we work through the process of releasing or balancing what is identified.
Sessions can be offered in person in Lubbock, Texas or remotely.
